Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during high-volume periods.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Shipping Availability
PrismaxUSA ships from the United States.
We currently ship to customers within the United States, including Puerto Rico. If additional shipping destinations become available, they will appear at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Puerto Rico
Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
From time to time, PrismaxUSA may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders. Any active shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. PrismaxUSA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. PrismaxUSA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider.

PrismaxUSA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@prismaxusa.com.
To help us review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the outer packaging
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
We review all damage claims carefully and will work to provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
High-Volume Periods
During product launches, promotional events, holidays, and other high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or at checkout when possible.
International Orders
At this time, if international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
PrismaxUSA is not responsible for delays caused by international customs processing.
